We are honored you chose to visit our Islamic Center!
Whether you’re a lifelong Muslim who’s new to the Los Angeles area, a new Muslim, a student or just curious about Islam…. everyone is welcome at our Center. If it’s your first visit, please introduce yourself to staff at the front desk and begin connecting with our community. Let us know how we can help you.
You’ll hear the expression “Assalamu alaikum” echoed across the Center as we greet and welcome friends and visitors alike. It means “peace be upon you” in Arabic, the language of the Quran.
Comments from recent Islamic Center visitors:
From day one, this Center has focused on youth, women’s equality and progress based firmly in Islamic principles. This is about as open and welcoming an Islamic center as you will find in America.
It’s a beautiful place to pray, find peace and convert as a Mexican citizen living in this beautiful country.
This the place to be if you are trying to raise a proud American Muslim child. This Center is a second home to me and my kids.
Awesome masjid and great people! They had an informational class for new and old Muslims at the end of [jum’a/Friday congregational] service. I loved the lessons and discussions!
I love this masjid. They have provided so much support for my wife and I and also have been very welcoming to all visitors, including my non-Muslim family members.
