The Islamic Center’s Food Pantry is a volunteer-run service program in partnership with the LA Regional Food Bank that has been regularly serving the Los Angeles Koreatown community since 2004. Every Saturday morning, 6,000 pounds of fresh and canned food are distributed to about 150 local families. Rain or shine, the program is proud to serve hundreds of needy families all 52 Saturdays a year. The Food Pantry has become a beacon for diversity, unity and friendship. We welcome adults, children and interfaith groups wishing to connect and serve! No need to RSVP…just come any Saturday.
